HOW TO SET UP ONLINE PAYMENTS
- Go to Uhaul.com
- Click the "Sign In" button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on "Create an account" to set up a new uhaul.com account
- Follow the steps to create a new account on uhaul.com
- When you log into uhaul.com you should see your dashboard displayed.
- Under the section "My Rentals/Reservations" there is a link that says " Find my storage unit". There you can add your unit.
- You will need to input the phone number on file with us at Hawk Eye Self Storage, and the unit number that you want to add to your profile.
- Once you add your unit you will be able to pay your rent, edit your contact information, and edit your email/text reminders right from your dashboard!
HOW TO CREATe an account
- Go to Uhaul.com/Account/Create/
- Create a password (at least 8 characters, include a number, a lowercase and an uppercase letter)
- Click "Continue"
- Enter your Name and Phone number. This MUST match what is on your storage contract.
- Click "Continue"
- Check your email for the verification code from info@uhaul.com (check spam folder if not in your inbox)
- Enter the verification code and click "Verify Code".
- Link your storage unit to your account.
- Under the "My Rentals/Reservations" tab click on the link that says "Find My Storage Unit
- Enter the primary phone number on your contract and the zip code or unit number and we will link that unit to your account. (The phone number MUST be the same one listed in your contract with us at Hawk Eye Self Storage)
